2 ELIGIBILITY CONFIRMATION
To participate in Miss Nigeria Michigan USA 2027, applicants must:
- Be of Nigerian descent (by birth, parentage, or heritage)
- Be between the ages of 19–29 as of [2027 event month] 2027
- Currently reside in the state of Michigan (minimum 6 months prior to crowning)
- Commit to remaining in Michigan for at least 6 months after crowning
- Be of good character and reputation
- Be available for all required rehearsals and events
Residency clarification: Applicants currently attending college/university in Michigan or who have relocated to Michigan within the past 6 months are eligible.

9 CODE OF CONDUCT
As a contestant, I agree to:

- Treat all contestants, staff, and community members with respect
- Avoid any behavior that may harm the organization or its reputation
- Follow all rules and guidance provided by the organizing team

10 CONFIDENTIALITY & MEDIA CONSENT
By participating, contestants agree that:
- Photos, videos, and recordings may be used for promotional purposes
- Content captured during the pageant may be published by the organization
- Internal information and contestant details must remain confidential

11 LIABILITY RELEASE
Miss Nigeria Michigan USA and its affiliates are not responsible for:
- Personal injury during participation in pageant activities
- Loss or damage of personal property
- Incidents arising during travel to/from events
I acknowledge and accept this liability release.
