Half service deposit is required for custom colors and textures ( ex curly, Blonde, highlights, vivid colors)
All deposits are Non-refundable - No Exceptions
$120 extra booking fee before and after hours
ex: @6:00am / @8:00pm
No extra guests No exceptions
15 minute grace period available before your
appointment is completely cancelled
Same day no call / no show will be permanently banned from any future bookings.
Cancelling/ Rescheduling less than 24 hours
before your appointment or changing your hair order after confirmed
appointment will cause your deposit to be lost and
will require a new deposit.
No Foreign Hair installations unless hair is provided by The Hair Chic or trusted hair brands to ensure quality and longevity (ask for reputable hair brands list)
You are granted 7 days after appointment to come in for any adjustments free of charge, adjustments after 7 days of your appointment
will result an adjustment fee unless scheduled otherwise.
Refunds are not available for the services offered once the hair is installed.
If your expectations are not met for any reason
please let us know before leaving your appointment
Clients are responsible for booking their maintenance appointments every 4-8 weeks (depending on the method used). Failure to schedule hair maintenance may result in damage to natural hair, and we are not responsible for any issues due to neglect.
