  • The Culture Is Couture is seeking visionary fashion designers to showcase their work during the 2026 TCIC Expo, taking place November 8, 2026 in Richmond, Virginia at Main Street Station.

    This is an opportunity to present your collection before an audience that celebrates creativity, culture and innovation while connecting with industry professionals, media, buyers and fashion enthusiasts. Whether you're an emerging designer or an established brand, we invite you to apply and help shape one of the region's premier celebrations of Black fashion, beauty and culture.

    Complete the application below to be considered. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Selected designers will be contacted with next steps, including production timelines, fittings and runway information.

    By applying to be a designer, I understand that if selected to participate in The Culture Is Couture 2026, a non-refundable participation fee of $100 will be due, unless otherwise stated by The Culture Is Couture. Discounted rate provide to selected students.

    Selection is not guaranteed, and payment is only required upon acceptance into the event.
