  • This submission form is best suited to showcase a research project.  Please refer to the NADA abstract guidelines carefully.  Abstracts are reviewed and accepted based on these guidelines and using the below criteria:

    • Originality and innovation
    • Practical application
    • Clear explanation of outcomes and implications 


    NADA encourages submissions that focus on priority populations embedding equity, access, and culturally responsive practice across the entire program.

      Step 2: Once you select your primary theme, the applicable list of Secondary themes will appear.  You may select one or more secondary themes that are relevant to your abstract and presentation.

    • Presenters at the conference are required to attend the conference and purchase a ticket.

      • NADA provides all accepted abstract presenters with a 10% discount on the standard NADA conference registration fee.  A code will be provided to all presenters.
      • NADA will have a small number of travel grants to cover the cost of transport and accommodation only for members based in rural and regional areas
      • NADA also offers a small number of conference scholarships (covers the cost of registration fee only) for organisations that have fewer than 12 workers

      Application for the travel grant and scholarship will open in early 2027. For more information, contact conference@nada.org.au.

    • NADA has put together a small team of abstract mentors who are available to support you in the abstract writing and submission process. 

      Contact conference@nada.org.au if you would like to be put in touch with an abstract mentor or have any questions about writing an abstract.
