Order Policy & Shipping
Orders are handmade and processing times may vary. Please expect anywhere between (1-3 weeks TAT) Customers will be notified when their order is Ready For Pickup or Shipped. Please note: Payment must be received before we start on your order. We currently ship within the United States. Because items are personalized, orders cannot be returned or exchanged. By submitting this order, you accept these terms and conditions.
Damaged Orders Policy
We carefully package every Bottle Name Charm before it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

To request a replacement, please contact Heavenly’s Friendship Promise within 2 days of delivery and provide:

📷 Clear photos of the damaged item.
📦 Photos of the original packaging (including the shipping box or mailer, if applicable).
🏷️ Your order number or the name used when placing the order.

(NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE)

Once we receive and review your information, we’ll determine whether a replacement is appropriate. We may deny replacement requests if sufficient documentation isn’t provided or if the damage appears to have occurred after delivery.

We personally understand that shipping carriers can be rough with packages and we strive to make sure our packaging is secured on its way to you.

Your order will not begin until full payment has been received. If payment isn't sent within 3 days or you haven't communicated, your order will be canceled, and a new order form will need to be submitted if you wish to purchase at a later time.
