    26-27 Arts Equipment Fund Application

    $15,000 larger grant

  • This is our larger, more competitive Arts Equipment Fund grant. Only 4 schools will be selected for this grant. The deadline for applications is October 31, 2026.

    If selected for this grant, your school will not be eligible to apply for the Arts Equipment Fund next year.

    Eligibility:

    • Must be a Baltimore City Public School
    • Must have at least one certified Fine Arts Teacher on staff
    • Must have an arts budget
    • Request must align with Baltimore City Public Schools arts curriculum and fine arts standards
    • Schools may request up to $15,000 for the purchase of musical instruments and/or equipment, i.e. marly floor, kilns, dance ballet bars, choir risers, drying racks, etc.

    Because the request limit applies to the entire school, please coordinate your request with any other arts teachers in your school!


    We ask that you please refer to our approved list of vendors for supply/equipment orders. 

    Note: If you cannot find what you need from the vendors on the list, please submit your request with your preferred vendor and we can reach out to them to get an account set up.
