  • ANTECEDENTES PERSONALES DE LOS ESTUDIANTES

  • Para postular, se deben cargar los certificados de nacimiento de los estudiantes que son hermanos(as) y que cuenten con la condición de alumno regular.

    También, se debe completar el siguiente documento: “Aceptación de Términos y Condiciones” del beneficio y cargarlo en formato PDF.

  • RUT SIN DÍGITO VERIFICADOR Y SIN PUNTOS (Ejemplo: 20123123)*

  • DATOS HERMANOS (AS)

  • CERTIFICADOS DE NACIMIENTO

  • El documento debe ser el certificado de nacimiento que se descargue en el sitio del REGISTRO CIVIL
