Agreements
By participating in this training, you (and if applicable, anyone else you have registered) agree to:
1. Show up and be present – Please make sure that you show up (unless sickness or emergency makes that impossible) and also commit to showing up to sessions on time or early. Let staff know when you cannot be present for a special reason. Presence also means sobriety. During our time together, we request that you not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs (with the exception of necessary prescription medication).
2. Honor your boundaries and the boundaries of others – Your "no" is as valuable as your "yes," and we will not expect you to do anything that you do not want to do. Respecting the "no" of others is just as important. If you are a "no" to any activity, we will provide multiple options for supporting that decision.
3. Please protect the confidentiality of the participants – While you can always speak to your own experience, please seek permission from other participants before you speak about theirs. Without permission, please assume that their information is confidential.
4. Be responsible for your own safety and self-care – We will do our best to hold the space and make it as safe as possible, but ultimately, success of this training depends upon everyone taking responsibility for their own safety and self-care.
5. Respect choices around nudity – Many of the spaces at O'Shea's Place are clothing-optional. Nudity is not an expectation; it is a choice available to all participants. Therefore, while you yourself have full choice of whether you are nude, we expect you to respect the choice of nudity that others make.
