How the Hazel Referral Program Works
- When you submit this form, the Hazel team will send your friend or family member a personalized invite with a $20 credit toward their first hair or nail service of $50 or more, valid for one month.
- After your referred guest visits Hazel, you’ll receive a $20 credit as a thank-you for an in-salon service of $50 or more, valid for three months!
- There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer—just complete one form per person.
A Few Things To Note:
- Your referral must be a first-time guest at Hazel.
- Referral credit can be used toward services only of $50+.
- Credits can’t be combined with other promotions.
- The referral credit is applied to your account after the individual you referred completes their appointment (we will let you know when they do!).
- Your referral credit will expire in three months.
- The form must be submitted before your guest books an appointment with us.
