WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in AVL FC Adult soccer League involves inherent risks,

including but not limited to serious injury, permanent disability, paralysis, illness, property damage, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in league activities, practices, games, leagues, and related events.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the league, its organizers, Asheville FC, officers, directors, coaches, volunteers, referees, sponsors, facility owners, and any affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in league activities.

INSURANCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that the AVL FC Adult league does not provide medical or health insurance coverage for participants and that I am responsible for maintaining my own insurance coverage.

PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission to the league and Asheville FC to use photographs, videos, or other media containing my image for promotional, marketing, social media, and educational purposes without compensation.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.
