    -Sunday, November 8: 11 AM–6 PM
    -Includes one 6-foot table, two chairs, and one tablecloth
    -Electrical outlets are available but limited
    -Spaces are assigned first come, first served after approval
    -Applications are subject to committee review and approval
    -No vendor substitutions allowed

  • By submitting this application, the Vendor agrees to the following: - Applications are subject to approval by Armenian Fest. - Vendor space is not confirmed until approval and payment are received. - Vendors must follow festival hours, setup instructions, and all applicable laws and permit requirements. - Vendors may only sell approved products or services. - Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean, safe, and professional. - Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, employees, and property. - St. Apkar Armenian Apostolic Church and Armenian Fest are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or injury related to the Vendor’s participation, except where required by law. - Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify St. Apkar Armenian Apostolic Church and Armenian Fest from claims arising from the Vendor’s activities, employees, products, or booth. - Electrical service is limited and must be approved in advance. - Vendors may not leave or break down their booth before the festival closes without approval. - Vendor fees are non-refundable after approval unless otherwise determined by festival management. - Armenian Fest may photograph or record vendors for promotional purposes. - Festival management may remove any vendor for unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or unapproved activity.
