Agreement* This field is required.Vendor Participation Terms Please review and acknowledge the following before submitting your application: Vendor applications are subject to committee review and approval. After your application is reviewed, approved vendors will be notified with next steps. Vendor participation fee is $250.00 The $250 fee covers both festival days only. Single-day vendor participation is not available. Each vendor will receive: One 6-foot table Two chairs One tablecloth Electrical outlets are available but limited and cannot be guaranteed. All vendors will be located inside the church hall. Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after approval. No vendor substitutions are permitted. The approved vendor/business must be the vendor participating in the event. By submitting this application, I certify that:I have read and understand this Vendor Agreement.I agree to abide by all festival rules and policies.The information provided in my application is true and accurate.I understand that acceptance into Armenian Fest is at the discretion of festival management.
