Zoo Boise Guided Field Trips

By completing this form, I understand that I am NOT booking our field trip, but I am reserving this spot. The education team will reach out and confirm the trip.
Field trips must be booked at least two weeks in advance. If you are completing this form with less than two weeks notice, please email zooeducation@cityofboise.org
I understand I am expected to bring chaperones or staff to cover a 1:5 ratio. I understand that additional chaperones will have to pay the $12 participant rate.
I understand that students outside of the class may not attend unless otherwise cleared by education staff
I understand that payment is due on the day of the field trip and will have payment and the payment form ready before going to the front gate.
I understand that I should show up early and be ready to enter the zoo at the time of our program slot.
