Terms and Conditions

By clicking submit, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of the Consent and Release contained herein, and I hereby give Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) and AdoptAClassroom.org (AAC) a non-exclusive right to use the content of this submission (form/hard copy or email) with my name sent to SOA/AAC, for use in any Subaru and/or AdoptAClassroom.org marketing or advertising materials. I represent that I sent this form or any email with my name to SOA/AAC and understand that this submission (form/hard copy or email) content and any attachments submitted with it may be republished in any form or medium and that the submission (form/hard copy or email) content and attachments will not be returned to me. I acknowledge that the Consent and Release requires me to represent that I have received signed release(s) and waiver(s) and necessary permissions from any persons or organizations mentioned or pictured in the attached submission (form/hard copy or email) content, photographs and/or video attachments. I represent that those pictured or mentioned in the attached submission (form/hardcopy or email) content, photographs and/or video attachments understand that this submission(form/hard copy or email) content and any attachments submitted with it may be republished in any form or medium, including, without limitation, websites and social media platforms. I release SOA and AAC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents and their successors and assigns from any and all liability with respect to whatever manner they use the submission(hard copy or email) content, attachments or my name. I understand that Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) and AdoptAClassroom.org (AAC) have the right and intention to publish my submission (form/hard copy or email) without permission from, or notification to, me.

Consent and Release
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns) irrevocably grant to Carmichael Lynch ("Agency"), DCI Marketing, Inc. (“Agency”) and Subaru of America ("SOA"), and AdoptAClassroom.org and all others acting with their permission (collectively, the "Grantees") the right and consent to use (including, but not limited to, to reproduce, display, broadcast, televise, publish, post and distribute) without restriction or limitation: (1) my portrait, photograph and/or any other likeness of me, either in whole or in part (my "Image"), (2) my statements, opinions, and/or testimonials as contained in my letter/correspondence (my "Statements"), in whole or in part, as edited by Agency and/or SOA and (3) the photograph(s) described or contained (the "Photograph(s)"), for advertising, publicity, business trade or art purposes, or for any other legal purpose, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in any and all media.

I agree that my Image, Statements and/or Photograph(s) may be used alone, with each other, and/or with captions, film, artwork, audio track, photographs, or any other material. I agree that the Grantees shall have the right to attribute statements to me, which are expressions of my personal experience(s) and belief(s). The Grantees shall have the right to reword or rephrase any Statements made by me (including characterizing such Statements in the form of correspondence or a letter to SOA), provided that such rewording or rephrasing does not distort my experience with SOA or its products or services. I agree that the Grantees shall have the right to have my likeness and/or my voice portrayed by actor(s) and to use photographs and footage supplied by SOA to illustrate events described in my Statements. I hereby affirm that any Statements or opinions expressed by or attributed to me in the above-referenced advertising are a true and accurate reflection of my opinions about SOA and its product(s)/service(s). In the event that I am providing a testimonial about such product(s)/service(s), I hereby affirm that I am a bona-fide user of such product(s)/service(s).

I hereby represent that (i) I am the sole owner of the Photographs and that I have obtained all necessary permissions from any individual appearing or depicted in the photographs and from the owners of any property appearing or depicted in the photograph(s) and will furnish a copy of all such releases to Agency upon request and (ii) the Grantee’s use of the Photograph shall not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party. I hereby release the Grantees from any and all liability arising out of the aforementioned use, including, but not limited to, any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical or auditory illusion that may occur or be produced in or by the taking, reproduction, broadcast, publication, processing, or creation of the finished advertising, or any other display or use of my Image, Statements and/or the Photograph(s). I further agree that Grantees are under no obligation to use my Image, Statements and/or the Photograph(s) in any way and I understand that I will receive no compensation for the use of my Image, Statements, and/or the Photograph(s).

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished advertising, including but not limited to the copy that may be used in connection therewith, and/or to the use to which the advertising may be applied. I hereby assign all my copyrights, privacy, publicity or any other property rights, if any, in and to the advertising or any part thereof to Agency as agent for SOA; provided, however, that I shall remain the owner of the Photograph(s).

I warrant and represent that this consent does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full right to make this agreement and grant the rights set forth herein. 

I understand that any content submitted, photos shared or any additional comments made by me or my representatives may be shared with Subaru retailers as well as Subaru of America, Inc. and AdoptAClassroom.org.

Giveaway Rules

HOW TO ENTER: 

Fill out the form above including your contact information and the required questions by Friday, August 21, 2026. Be sure to use the email address associated with your AdoptAClassroom.org account. You must have an AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page by the application deadline, and have logged in on or after June 22, 2026 to be eligible to win. Limit one entry per teacher.

PRIZE:   

We will randomly select one winner (“Winner”) who will be awarded one $500 donation to their AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page to be used on the AdoptAClassroom.org Marketplace for in-network purchases only (“Prize”). The Prize consists of only the items listed, and Sponsor and Prize Provider shall not be responsible for any fees, costs, or taxes arising out of or in connection with Winner’s use of Prize. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution, assignment, or refund of a Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of greater or equal value, if a Prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Limit one Prize per person. Any remaining funds from Prize will expire after one year from date of Prize disbursement. 

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:  

Participation in the 2026 Subaru AdoptAClassroom Week Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

PROMOTION PERIOD: 

The Giveaway begins on (8/3/2026) at 12 AM ET and ends on (8/21/2026) at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received before the start time or after the end time will not be considered.

ELIGIBILITY: 

Participants must be a PreK-12 teacher at an accredited Title 1 PreK-12 public, private, or charter school where 40% or more students receive free and reduced lunch or has schoolwide Title 1 eligibility, and legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participation is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Teachers must be registered with AdoptAClassroom.org and in compliance with the organization’s website Terms of Use with an active classroom page. Employees of Subaru of America, Inc., AdoptAClassroom.org, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are ineligible.

WINNER SELECTION:  

A random drawing will be conducted on or about 8/24/2026 from all eligible entries to select 1 (one) Potential Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential Winners do not need to be present at the time of the Drawing to accept the Prize.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS:  

AdoptAClassroom.org will notify Potential Winner by emailing them at the email address they used to register with AdoptAClassroom.org. If a Potential Winner declines to accept the Prize, or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, AdoptAClassroom.org will select an alternate Potential Winner based on a random drawing among all remaining eligible entries received. A Potential Winner is not a verified Winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed.
