Crafter and Vendor Application

Please complete the form below by October 18, 2026 to participate in our Holiday Boutique. Forms that are not completely filled in will not be accepted. All application fees can be made payable to St. Mary Magdalen Parish. Once payment is received we will notify you of your acceptance and add your name as a vendor/crafter. Crafters and Vendors may start setting up at 12 pm - 2 pm on Friday, November 6th and/or 8 am - 9:45 am on Saturday, November 7th. All crafters and venders should be cleaned up by 5 pm on November 7th. * Lunch will be available on site to purchase.

Checks of non-participating exhibitors will be returned and credit card payments will not be processed. St. Mary Magdalen Parish and its representatives assume no responsibility of any kind for artists, their employees or property. Insurance, if desired, is the responsibility of the artist. The artist’s application with money and signature at the bottom indicates they have read and will abide by all rules contained with the application and the accompanying letter.
