WRESTLING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby give my consent for my child to participate in all activities organized, sponsored, or conducted by Bad Cat Wrestling Club, including, but not limited to, practices, competitions, tournaments, travel, conditioning, training, and other club-related activities.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in wrestling and related activities involves inherent risks of injury, including, but not limited to, sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and, in rare cases, death. I understand that these risks may arise from the nature of the sport, the actions of my child or other participants, the condition of the facilities or equipment, transportation, or other circumstances associated with Wrestling Program activities.

In consideration for my child's participation in the Wrestling Program, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation in, travel to and from, and involvement in any Wrestling Program activity or event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Wrestling Program, its coaches, instructors, volunteers, representatives, organizers, sponsors, sponsoring organizations, advertisers, fellow participants, and, where applicable, the owners, operators, and landlords of facilities or venues used for Wrestling Program activities, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my child's participation in Wrestling Program activities, including claims arising from injury, illness, or property damage, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

If my child is injured or becomes ill during participation in a Wrestling Program activity, I authorize the Wrestling Program, its coaches, instructors, volunteers, or representatives to obtain reasonable emergency medical care for my child when I cannot be reached or when immediate care is reasonably necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical, hospital, or related expenses incurred on behalf of my child.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that participation in wrestling carries inherent risks and that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily on behalf of myself and my child.

 

 

 

 

MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

I hereby grant Bad Cat Wrestling Club, its coaches, instructors, representatives, organizers, sponsors, affiliates, and authorized representatives the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to photograph, record, film, livestream, interview, and otherwise capture my child's image, likeness, voice, name, statements, and participation in connection with Bad Cat Wrestling Club activities and events.

I authorize Bad Cat Wrestling Club to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display, distribute, broadcast, livestream, and otherwise use such photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media in any format or medium, whether currently existing or developed in the future, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, promotional materials, advertisements, marketing, recruiting materials, publications, videos, merchandise, fundraising, sponsorships, and other commercial or promotional purposes.

I understand and agree that such media may be used publicly and may generate revenue, profit, sponsorship income, advertising revenue, or other financial benefit for Bad Cat Wrestling Club or its authorized partners. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media or any use of my child's name, image, likeness, voice, or statements before publication or distribution.

I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or any other payment for the use of my child's image, likeness, voice, name, or participation in such media, and I release Bad Cat Wrestling Club and its authorized representatives from any claims related to the permitted use of such media, including claims for compensation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This media release shall remain in effect for the duration of my child's participation in Bad Cat Wrestling Club and thereafter, unless revoked in writing. Any revocation shall apply only to future use of media and shall not require the removal, recall, or destruction of materials already published, distributed, or produced.
