KMC/Sunbelt Ag Expo Young Farmer Pork Cookoff Wednesday, October 21st- Sunbelt Ag Expo, Moultrie, GA OPEN TO GEORGIA YOUNG FARMER CHAPTERS Chapter Advisor/Teacher should be the person filling out this form Arrival Time: Tuesday, October 20th – At 5:00 p.m you may begin lining up at GATE 3. GATE 3 will be opened between 5:30-6:30 p.m to allow those who are in line to enter the QueFest area. If you arrive after 6:30 p.m. you will need to enter GATE 2. Heath Cross, with the Colquitt County Young Farmer chapter will assist in helping you locate your cooking space, distributing the Boston Butts and give you your blind box. There will be blind judging only. Blind boxes will be turned in between 1:20 — 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21st at the GYFA Hospitality table. The blind boxes will be delivered to the IBC next to the Expo HQ to be judged at 1:45 p.m. Once all the entries have been received, members of the Georgia Young Farmer Association will collect any remaining meat to be served at the Young Farmer event that evening. Exit Time: Wednesday, October 21st—At 3:30 p.m. a Security Team Member will come to the QueFest area and will lead you out of GATE 3 for a 10-minute window and allow you to exit. If you intend to leave at this time, you should be packed and ready to pull out but DO NOT LEAVE YOUR QUEFEST DESIGNATED SPOT until the Security Team Member comes to get you. Your participation in this time-honored tradition here at the annual Sunbelt Ag Expo is vital to our Young Farmer Event Dinner and is greatly appreciated by all who attends. Wednesday @ 5:00p.m. food line starts.
