    We're so excited to welcome your young creator to a fun-filled, hands-on cosmetics workshop! 🎉

    During these interactive sessions, children will explore the science behind cosmetic products while creating their own beautiful products to take home. It's the perfect blend of STEM learning, creativity, and fun! ✨

      Cosmetics Club respects your privacy and that of the children who attend our workshops. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a workshop ticket, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

      Information We Collect: Child's full name, date of birth, and age; parent/guardian full name, mobile number, and email address; any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary requirements you choose to share; emergency contact name and phone number; payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, we do not store card details); and your social media consent choice.

      Why We Collect It: To confirm and manage your booking, keep your child safe during the session, contact you or your emergency contact if needed, send booking confirmations and venue details, process payment, and only with your explicit consent, share photos or videos on our social media.

      How We Protect It: Health and medical information is only accessed by staff directly supervising your child's workshop. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider and never stored on our systems. Information is retained only as long as necessary and then securely deleted.

      Your Rights: You may request a copy of the information we hold, request corrections, withdraw social media consent, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

  • Cosmetics Club Terms & Cancellation Policy (083 345 8872)

    Booking Confirmation: Once you submit payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing your booking confirmation and venue arrival details.

    Cancellations by You: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund, less any payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable, but we're happy to transfer your ticket to another available session or workshop date, subject to availability, or to another child at no extra charge.

    Rescheduling: If your child can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible at createmagic@cosmeticsclub.co.za or 083 345 8872 so we can offer the spot to another child on our waiting list.

    Cancellations by Cosmetics Club: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop (e.g. due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available session.

    No-Shows: We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for no-shows on the day of the workshop.
