2026 J-Fellows+ Application
This is the next step after J-Fellows: a Committee Readiness & Communal Leadership program running September–December. Upon successful completion of the program it will be followed by a hands-on practicum starting in January that places you on a real committee kicking off your leadership journey in our community. Five expert-led sessions culminate in a formal third-party Certificate of Board Readiness that Federation shares directly with partner agencies, so that agencies actually know who you are and what you're ready for.
