    • You will be invoiced for your entries by our accounts team. Only when the invoice is paid, are your nominations formally entered.
    • You will be mailed custom competition ear tags for the number of cattle you have entered into the competition. It is extremely important that you place these tags in the offside ear of every animal before they are delivered to the feedlot.
    • Please ensure you keep a record of which tags you place in each animal as you will be required to advise the AWA of the animal Identification that correspond with each tag. This is particularly important if you intend to enter more than one pen of seven.
    • Once you know which animals you are entering into the competition, please email their AWA Identification and corresponding competition tag numbers to communications@wagyu.org.au.
