• 2026 Fantasy of Trees Entertainment Application

  • We appreciate your interest in performing at Dolly Parton Children's Hospital Fantasy of Trees. We are looking for individual entertainers and groups, both small and large, to provide holiday inspired talent on our Fantasy Theatre Stage.

    Complete the following questions giving us information about your desired performance.

    Performers scheduled will submit detailed Technical Cue Sheets, Emcee scripts, Performer and Chaperone Rosters and provide other information at a later date.

  • Here you will find the Entertainment Guidelines. This will give you information regarding performing at Fantasy of Trees and help you understand the details and requirements of being a performer at our event. Be sure to review this before submitting your application.

  • We understand that you may still be in the planning stage, but we need an idea of what you are planning and the type of performance. In the event we need to consult with you further, we will contact you to obtain specific details.

    REMINDER!!! Fantasy of Trees is a family oriented holiday show. Please exercise discretion regarding content and costumes. We are privileged to have Santa present every day during show hours, therefore in keeping with the illusion that there is only one Santa, you are NOT permitted to include a “Santa” in your act.

    In keeping with the holiday theme, performances are not required be only holiday themed, however we do ask each performance to include a holiday inspired feature.

  • Do you need set-up time before your performance. Groups are allowed up to 10 minutes to set up props, special equipment or placing performers in position.*

  • Performance Timing

  • The total time of your performance is used to create our schedule. We recognize that you may not have an exact time and could have some minor changes closer to show time, but we need to know the amount of time you will need for your performance. Keep in mind, once scheduled, the start and total length of your performance can't be changed or time added. 

    Performance length varies depending on type of performers. Here is a performance time range examples from previous performances to help you select a time.

    Soloist - 5 to 10 min

    Small Groups (Band or quartet) - up to 20 max

    Dance or Choral Groups of around 30-40 performers - up to 30 max

    Large Groups of 80 or more performers - Max 60 mins

  • Selection of Preferred Performance Time

  • Our goal is to schedule a variety of performances for our audience to enjoy. Our attempt is to schedule selected performers during the time they choose.

    Fantasy Theater performances are during the following times:
    Wednesday – November 25th   9:30am – 8:30pm
    Thursday – November 26th   3:30pm – 7:30pm
    Friday – November 27th   9:30am – 8:30pm
    Saturday – November 28th   9:30am – 8:30pm
    Sunday – December 29th   12:30pm – 4:00pm

    In order to keep with our publically posted entertainment schedule, Fantasy of Trees reserves the right to terminate any performance that exceeds the amount of performance time set.

    *Remember - When choregraphing your performance to fit the time allotted, you need to consider the amount of time it takes to clear the stage and place performers for each act within your program time. This counts in your scheduled performance time.

     

  • Performance Scheduling Availability

  • Our team generally schedules around 50 entertainment groups during the show. For each performance we must plan set-up, performance time, dismissal time along with other live events that happen where the stage must be clear. 

    Please use the sections below to let us know the Day and Time Range you are avaible to START your performance. As we work to schedule our performers this is used to show your availability to be scheduled. The more availability you have, the easier it is to schedule. You also can add notes later about schedule and your availability. We allow you to list up to 4 choices.  If your group is only avaible for 1 time, you may leave the others blank but understand this will limit your availability to be offered an additional time if not listed.

    Example - A Group of 30 performers with a 20 min performance. If this example group selects "Wednesday November 25th, and enters a Time Range of "9:30am to 4:00pm" this tells us they can be scheduled to start anytime during that range. **Please note - in this example the group may be scheduled to start their performance at 4:00pm and will perform until 4:20pm.

  • Thank you for your interest in performing at the Fantasy Theatre during our 42nd annual Fantasy of Trees.

    Fantasy Theatre hosts such incredible community interest and support...but because of the volume of applications we receive and time constraints, it is simply not possible to schedule everyone who applies. Thank you for your understanding!

    Our goal is to notify everyone in the beginning of October if we were able to add you to our schedule. (We will notify those not selected as well)
