2026-27 CSC Mentorship Program Registration

The CSC Mentorship Program matches CSC member veterans with those who would benefit from mentorship.

2026-27 CSC membership will be a requirement to participate in the program. Currently, CSC is in process of transitioning to a new membership platform and renewals are not expected to be available until mid-August. During our transition to our new membership platform, grace will be provided so that you can sign up for this program in advance of your membership renewal. When pairings are announced it will be expected that each participant will renew. Information about the cost of membership can be found here.

Mentors and mentees are paired with consideration given to preferences of experience, goals, geographic location, gender and division provided in this application form. Although not guaranteed, the Mentorship Committee attempts to match as many people as possible with similar interests and goals.

Change this year: Members can sign up to be a mentor OR a mentee. You can not be paired in both roles.
