MARKET FEES
Reservation Fee - Upon acceptance, Vendor shall pay a non-refundable Reservation Fee to secure their participation. The Market immediately reserves the Vendor's space, allocates event resources, and may decline additional applicants within the Vendor's category. As a result, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or non-attendance, except where the Market cancels the event or otherwise provides a refund at our discretion. The fee is non-transferable unless approved by Management.
Market Share Fee - In addition to the Reservation Fee, you agree to share a small percentage of their sales from the event. Unlike traditional events that charge high upfront booth fees regardless of event attendance or how a vendor performs, we uses a low-risk partnership model. This allows us to invest more into (1) Digital advertising and social media marketing; (2) Entertainment and live performances; (3) Family activities and cultural programming; (4) Event staffing and operations; and (5) Ongoing growth of the market and customer attendance.
