7. EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
If I cannot be reached during an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Legacy Reign Athletics, 4R Legacy Inc., coaches, volunteers, representatives, or event personnel to obtain reasonable emergency medical care for my athlete. PRACTICE, ATTENDANCE & PROGRAM FEES
8. PRACTICE AND ATTENDANCE
Practices may be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Final days depend on team placement and facility availability. Additional practices may be scheduled before competitions or performances.

Registration Fee: $85 - Nonrefundable
Includes practice bow, athlete handbook, and administrative/enrollment costs.
Potential additional parent-paid expenses: Cheer shoes, socks, competition entry fees, spectator admission, travel, hotel, meals, extra facility expenses, replacement items, optional merchandise, private lessons, or special events.
PAYMENT, MEDIA RELEASE & CONDUCT
10. PHOTO, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE
Legacy Reign Athletics may photograph or record athletes during practices, competitions, performances, community events, fundraising activities, and other program activities. Images may be used for social media, websites, flyers, sponsorship materials, fundraising, newsletters, and program documentation.
11. ATHLETE AND PARENT CONDUCT
Legacy Reign expects respect, discipline, accountability, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Bullying, harassment, fighting, threats, repeated disrespect, harmful gossip, inappropriate social media conduct, or public arguments about team decisions may result in discipline or dismissal.
RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT & SIGNATURES
12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that cheerleading, tumbling, stunting, dancing, jumping, conditioning, and athletic training involve physical activity and risk of injury. Possible injuries include sprains, strains, bruises, broken bones, concussions, head injuries, neck or back injuries, and serious or permanent injury. No athletic activity can be made completely risk-free. By registering my athlete, I voluntarily allow participation and accept the ordinary risks associated with Legacy Reign activities. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree not to hold Legacy Reign Athletics, 4R Legacy Inc., its directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, contractors, facilities, sponsors, or representatives responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
