Thank you for thinking about volunteering to help with the BBQ and bake sale. With 5 games at Kelvedon on the day, we are hoping the day will be a successful fundraiser for the club! 

For convenience, here is the game schedule for the day:

8:45am      Combined 13/14 Female Black

10:15am    Social League 1 Womens

12:15pm    Champs Women

14:30pm    Social League 2 Men

4:45pm      U18s Female

What do we need help with?

BBQ: cooking and selling freshly prepared BBQ delicacies. We will be offering egg and bacon rolls in the morning (until sold out) and sausages.

Kiosk: selling baked goods, hot and cold drinks and other kiosk items that do not need to be prepared (e.g. bags of chips). We will not be offering meat pies and toasties on the day.  

Please note that, unlike typical home game days, Team Managers will not need to arrange for two kiosk volunteers for their game. The kiosk roles will be filled through this volunteer request process.

Baked goods: we need baked goods to sell, please! Items can be dropped off at the kiosk from 3-5pm on Saturday or from 7:30am on Sunday. 

Please note that we cannot accept items that require refrigeration (e.g. items with whipped cream, even though they are yummy!).
