    This survey gathers de-identified experiences of family-law litigation and parental alienation in South Africa, to compile AGGREGATE statistics for submission to oversightbodies. Please read before continuing.

  • Do not enter any names — not yours, your children's, the other parent's, or any professional or official. Describe roles only (e.g. "the other parent", "the appointed psychologist").

    Your answers are stored de-identified. Note: because you describe real events, combinations of answers could in some cases make a family identifiable — please answer only at the level of detail you are comfortable making part of an aggregate dataset.

    Retention: responses kept until 2030-12-31, then deleted.
