    Enter your contact details, business info, and choose your vendor type (non-profit or paid) to reserve your space. Sign up by September 16th to be added to the event program.

    Arrival & Setup: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
    Setup Complete By: 9:30 AM
    Fair Starts: 10:00 AM (guests may arrive around 9:45 AM)
    Booth Assistance: Staff will guide you to your space and help unload.
    Parking: After unloading, please move your car to St. Isidore’s RC Church (2545 W Pumping Station Rd, Quakertown, PA 18951). Use the right side of the parking lot furthest from the church. A shuttle will return you to the clinic.
    DJ Announcements: Vendors may use the DJ for booth promotions.

    Vendor Supplies: We do not supply canopies, tables, or chairs. Please bring your own.

    Payment Instructions: Checks payable to Quakertown Veterinary Clinic. Memo line: "Pet Fair Vendor". Mail to: c/o Adele Averill, Quakertown Veterinary Clinic, 2250 N. Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown, PA 18951.
