    The Permanent Collection - Three cookies. Always available. Always worth it.

    • The Signature - Dark and semi-sweet chocolate chunks folded into a brown butter dough. The one that started it all
    • The Familiar - Milk chocolate chunks, warmer and softer. The cookie that feels like home.
    • The Undone - No chocolate. Just brown butter, dark sugar, and sea salt doing the work. Minimalist by choice.

    Each one is 2 oz of browned butter dough, hand-scooped and baked in small batches with premium ingredients. Made to order — yours, start to finish.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Please review our cancellation policy before submitting your catering request.
    • Orders canceled 5 or more calendar days before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a 100% refund.
    • Orders canceled 4 calendar days before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made 3 calendar days or fewer before the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for a refund, as production has begun and ingredients and materials have been purchased specifically for your order.
