Laura will provide drums and percussion instruments or bring your favorite drum, shaker or percussion instrument.
As we journey together through rhythm, intention, and meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to release stress, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing power of collective drumming. Leave feeling grounded, uplifted, energized, and deeply connected to yourself, the group, and the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
