I agree to stay on-site with my setup until the official closing time and will not pack up or leave early unless there is an emergency approved by event organizers.
I agree to bring and maintain enough candy or appropriate treats for the entire designated giveaway period as best as possible.
I agree not to display, promote, or portray political messaging, political candidates, campaigns, partisan material, controversial social messaging, or social/political cues in decorations, costumes, signage, giveaways, or displays. I may ask for permission prior to the event if my decorations may be prohibited.
I agree to keep all decorations and activities family-friendly and appropriate for children. Horror decorations are permitted and I will keep the horror or gore in moderation and not excessive.
I understand I am responsible for my own setup, decorations, candy/treats, and cleanup.
