Request-for-Quote and Export Agreement for Regulated Hardware
Thank you for choosing Central Computers! We require the following information to process orders including but not limited to the FAQ-mentioned SKUs (e.g. Blackwell 6000 Server, 4500 Server). This process includes your Request-for-Quote and an Export Compliance Agreement.

Do I need to fill out the Agreement now?
The Export Compliance Agreement is required before securing stock allocation. To ensure our queue moves smoothly and to provide you with the fastest service, you may also submit the completed agreement now, at the end of the Request-for-Quote.
What SKUs does this apply to?
Currently, but not limited to: PNY RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell Server Edition, PNY RTX Pro 4500 Blackwell Server Edition, PNY H200 NVL, and systems containing these units.
Why do you need end user information?
In order to comply with U.S. Federal Law, we require end user and deployment location. We do not contact the end user based on the information provided here, unless required by law to remain in compliance with export regulations.
