Thank you for your interest in showcasing your work at The Silver Runway Experience by HIFW. Please complete all fields below. All sections are required unless otherwise noted.

 

APPLICATION REVIEW & INTERVIEW PROCESS

All submissions will be reviewed by the HIFW Selection Committee.

Only designers chosen for interviews will receive an invitation via email by September 15, 2026.

All Designer mandatory meeting will be held virtually, September 23, 2026 at 6pm CST. We will be going over important show information, as well as answering any questions about the show. 

DESIGNER FEE

The fee to participate for each designer will be $250. The fee can be waived if there are a minimum of 8 ticket sales using your specific designer code, which will be given to you during the All Designers Meeting.The final deadline to have the payment in is December 3, 2026 11:59pm. If payment is not received by that date we will assume you forfeit your spot for the show and any partial funds paid will not be refunded. 

DESIGNER WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Once the official press release and social media promotions featuring your name and brand have been published,  withdrawal from The Silver Runway Experience will incur a $100 Dropout Fee.
This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of event promotions, media relations, and scheduling commitments.
By proceeding with your application, you agree to this condition. 

Designer Consent & Agreement By submitting this application, I confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into The Silver Runway Experience lineup. If selected, I agree to comply fully with all participation requirements, deadlines, and event policies outlined in this document, including payment of fees, attendance at scheduled meetings, and adherence to rack check and backstage regulations. I acknowledge that all designer fees are non-refundable, and I understand that failure to meet production deadlines or event standards may result in forfeiture of my participation. I also acknowledge that withdrawing from show after the official press release and promotional materials have been published will result in a $100 Dropout Fee, payable to Heartland International Fashion Week. By signing below, I give my consent for HIFW to use my name, brand name, images, and submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event, including social media, press releases, and marketing campaigns.I hereby agree to these terms and conditions and provide my consent to use for the Silver Runway Experience under the stated guidelines.
