This proxy is solicited by the Board in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Sans Souci & Copperhead Association (SSCA) to be held on Saturday the 25th day of July, 2026 at 10:00 am. A member has the right to appoint as his or her proxy holder a person other than any person designated below by inserting the name of such person in the blank space provided. You can not appoint yourself as proxy..
 
The undersigned Member of the SSCA hereby appoints Glen Campbell or, failing him, Michael Reddy or, instead of either of them,   First Name   Last Name    , as proxy holder for the undersigned with the full power of substitution, to attend, vote and otherwise act for and on behalf of the undersigned in respect of all matters that may come before the Annual General Meeting of the Members. The undersigned hereby revokes any proxy previously given. Without limiting the general authorization and power hereby given, the Proxy holder will vote as indicated below. The Proxy Holder will vote in their discretion in respect to amendments or variations to the matters identified in the Notice of Meeting or other matters that may properly come before the meeting.
 
1.   Vote FOR or AGAINST*  (or if no vote is made FOR) approving the 2025 Financial Statements
 
2.   Vote FOR  or AGAINST*  (or if no vote is made FOR) approving the slate of Directors
 
3.   Vote FOR or AGAINST*  (or if no vote is made FOR) approving the creation of three Membership Categories

4.   Vote FOR or AGAINST*  (or if no vote is made FOR) approving the dues for 2027
