This Instalment Payment Agreement forms part of your
purchase of FreedomBlend Foundations. By signing this
agreement, you confirm that you understand and accept the
payment terms set out below.

I understand that I am purchasing FreedomBlend
Foundations using the instalment payment option.
I agree to pay the total purchase price shown at checkout in
the agreed instalments. Payments will be collected
automatically using the payment method I provide during
checkout.
The instalment amounts and payment schedule will be
displayed before I complete my purchase.

By selecting the instalment payment option, I am agreeing
to pay the full purchase price shown at checkout.
If a scheduled payment cannot be collected, course access
may be suspended until my account is brought up to date. I
remain responsible for paying the full outstanding balance.

If an instalment payment cannot be collected, I understand
that Hair by Tonileigh Ltd may:

• Suspend my access to the course until my account is
  brought up to date.
• Contact me to arrange payment of the outstanding
  balance.
• Continue to pursue payment of the remaining balance
  owed under this agreement.

If the outstanding balance remains unpaid after reasonable
attempts have been made to collect payment, Hair by
Tonileigh Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate action to
recover the outstanding debt, including instructing a third-
party debt recovery agency or commencing legal
proceedings where appropriate. Where permitted by law, I
understand that I may be responsible for any reasonable
costs incurred in recovering the outstanding balance.

I understand that my access to FreedomBlend Foundations
is personal to me and may not be shared, transferred,
copied, resold or given to any other individual.

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this Instalment Payment
  Agreement.

• I agree to pay the full purchase price shown at checkout in accordance with the agreed instalment schedule.
• I understand that missed payments may result in my course access being suspended until my account is brought up to date.
• I confirm that I have read and agree to the FreedomBlend Foundations Terms & Conditions.
