I would like to join the San Diego Filipino American SDA Church Pathfinder Club. I will attend club meetings, hikes, camps, outings, missionary adventures, and other club activities. I agree to be guided by the rules of the club and by the Pathfinder Pledge and Law.

I/We understand that the applicant must be at least in the 5th grade to be a Pathfinder. We have read the Pathfinder Pledge and Law and are willing and desirous that the applicant becomes a Pathfinder. We will help the applicant to abide by the rules of the Pathfinder organization. In consideration of the benefits derived from membership, we hereby voluntarily waive any claim against the club or the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists for any accident that may occur in connection with Pathfinder Club activities.
As parents, we understand that the Pathfinder Club program is an active one for the applicant. It includes many opportunities for service, adventure, and fun. I will cooperate by:

1. Learning how we can help the applicant and their leaders.
2. Encouraging the applicant to take an active part in all activities.
3. Attending events where parents are invited.
4. Helping club leaders and serving as leaders if requested.
5. Providing the required information on the Membership Application and Health Record.
