Brittany Setzer Dance and Tumble Class Registration

Offering tumble, tap, ballet, and jazz for ages 3–18.
All classes are $55/month with a one‑time $35 registration fee due at sign‑up.
Classes run September 1 through the end of May, just like a school year.

We are accepting limited students this year — no more than 10 dancers per class.

Studio Policies & Payments

Classes are taught by Ms. Brittany, who has been teaching dance and tumble in Hickory for 6 years.
We are a fun, small town studio focused on confidence, friendships — and one of the most affordable programs in the area.

Class Structure

All classes meet once a week for one hour. (30 mins for ages 3-4 years)
If your dancer wants extra training, you are welcome to double up and take two classes a week.

Double‑Up Discount:
Each class is normally $55/month, but if your dancer takes two classes, you receive $10 off the second class — making it $100/month total instead of $110.
It’s a great option for dancers who want more practice, more skills, and more fun.

Payment Methods

You may pay your registration fee and first month’s tuition through:

Tuition Policy:

• Registration fee is due at sign‑up.
• First month may be paid electronically.
• After the first month, monthly tuition must be paid in cash. A $15 late fee will be applied if not paid before the 5th of each month! 

No Surprise Fees

We keep things simple and affordable. The only fees you will ever pay are:

• Your one‑time registration fee
• Your monthly tuition
• Your showcase fee in May

Costume & Showcase Fee:

• The costume and show fee is not due until March 2027.
• This fee covers your dancer’s costume and their show fee for our May showcase.
• Every dancer receives a trophy, is recognized on stage, and performs in beautiful costumes for family and friends.
It’s a wonderful celebration of their hard work and growth.

• 4:00–4:30 — Ages 3–4 tap/ballet/jazz
• 4:30–5:30 — Ages 5–6 tap/ballet/jazz
• 5:30–6:30 — Ages 7+ tap/ballet/jazz
• 6:30–7:30 — Ages 5–6 tumble

• 4:30–5:00 — Age 3 tumble
• 5:00–5:30 — Age 4 tumble
• 5:30–6:30 — Ages 5–6 tumble
• 6:30–7:30 — Ages 7+ tumble

• 4:30–5:30 — Ages 5–6 tumble
• 5:30–6:30 — Ages 7–9 tumble
• 6:30–7:30 — Ages 10+ tumble

Studio Liability Waiver & Participation Agreement

By enrolling my child in classes at Brittany Setzer Dance & Tumble, I understand and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that dance, tumble, acro, and related physical activities involve movement that may include jumping, stretching, balancing, and other athletic actions. I acknowledge that injuries can occur even under proper supervision.
I agree that my child participates at their own risk.

2. Release of Liability

I agree that Brittany Setzer Dance & Tumble, its owner, instructors, assistants, and volunteers are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur while my child is participating in class, events, or activities.

I release the studio and its staff from any and all claims related to injury, accident, or harm that may occur before, during, or after class.

3. Personal Belongings

I understand that the studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including clothing, shoes, phones, bags, or personal belongings brought into the building.

4. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the studio to seek medical care for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses.

5. Behavior & Participation

I understand that the instructor reserves the right to remove any student from class if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.

6. Photo & Video Permission

I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during classes, performances, parades, and studio events. These images may be used for studio social media, advertising, or recital materials.
(If you do NOT want this, please notify Miss Brittany in writing.)

7. Payment & Policies

I understand and agree to the studio’s payment policies:

• One‑time registration fee
• Monthly tuition
• Showcase fee due in March 2027
• After the first month, tuition must be paid in cash
• No refunds for missed classes

8. Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all policies listed above. I understand that this waiver is required for my child to participate in any class or activity at Brittany Setzer Dance & Tumble.
