Mundekulla Festival Volunteer Registration

Hej, welcome to our volunteer team! Please read carefully the information below.
As a volunteer you pay 1800 sek (including festival ticket, lodging in your tent, camper or alcove, meal package for all days) instead of the full price with this lodging -- 5900 sek.

We ask you to contribute 20 hours of work in total, approximately 5 hours per day (less on Sunday). Some days there may be more work and some days less.

Together with your part of the team, you will set the working schedule for the festival. Your tasks will consist of beautifying and cleaning the public areas and washing up the dishes after meals.

Please note that parents who come with children below 7 years old are not eligible for the volunteer deal.

Please read the information below before registering as a volunteer.

By choosing the volunteer ticket, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
- You will become part of our festival volunteer team, working together to support the smooth running of the event and create a great experience for everyone.
- As a volunteer, you bring your own energy, ideas, and input to the team, helping us make the festival better and more enjoyable for everyone.
- Our volunteer coordinator will organize the schedule and assign shifts. You are welcome to request your preferred shift times so you can also enjoy the festival activities you are most interested in. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes, but we cannot guarantee every request.
- Each volunteer is expected to contribute up to 5 hours per day.
- Upon arrival, you will be added to the festival WhatsApp group and you must join the volunteer meeting with the volunteer coordinator on 5 August at 13:00. This meeting is an important moment to receive all necessary information, meet the team, and organize the shifts.
- If you are arriving after the first day, please let us know through this registration form so we can coordinate your arrival and make sure you receive all the important information.
