1. Eligibility & CCF Training Grant (For CAT 1 & CAT 2)

The event is open to all. To qualify for the CCF Training Grant, the following criteria apply:
- Organisation: Employee of a registered/exempt charity or IPC. Verify organisation's status via the Charity Portal.
- Tenure: Board members or staff with an official designation and at least 6 months of service at the point of application.
- Work Pass Holders: EP, S Pass, or Work Permit holders must have at least one year of remaining validity at the point of application.
- Attendance Requirements: Attend the Conference and one (1) of the following workshops:
  1. Workshop 1: Big Charities vs Small Charities
  2. Workshop 2: Managing Challenging Relationships
  3. Workshop 3: How Much is Enough?
2. Digital Attendance:

Attendance for CCF-funded courses must be recorded via Singpass. Please have your app and login details ready before the event. Applicable for CAT 1 and CAT 2 only.

3. General Terms & Conditions:
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All payments are strictly non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, you may request a replacement in writing at least five (5) working days before the event.
- For CAT 1 and CAT 2 (CCF Funded) participants, please note that funding is non-transferable. Any substitute must independently meet all eligibility criteria and have an approved CCF application in place before the course start date.
- For CAT 3 and CAT 4 (Non-Funded) participants, substitutions are allowed at no additional cost, provided the replacement’s full name, designation, and contact details are submitted. Additionally, the Organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, venue, or speakers due to circumstances beyond control.
- Failure to attend the event or log your attendance via SingPass will invalidate your grant, and you will be billed the full amount.
