• Kansas IDD Waiver Crisis Exception Experience Survey

  • The Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities (KCDD) is gathering feedback from individuals and families about their experiences with the IDD Waiver Crisis Exception process. We want to better understand how families learn about, request, and navigate exceptions—and whether the process is being applied consistently across Kansas.

Your participation is voluntary and will not affect your eligibility for services or your position on the IDD Waiver waitlist. You may skip any question, and your name and contact information are optional. Responses will help KCDD identify barriers, improve education, and recommend a clearer and more consistent statewide process. KCDD will not share your name or personal story without your permission.
