Digital passport participation:

Each participating business will receive a unique QR-code sign. After a customer purchases your featured Hot Cocoa Crawl item, a staff member will show the customer the QR code. The customer will scan the code and enter their Cocoa Crawler ID to collect that location’s digital check-in.

By submitting this form, I understand that my business is expressing interest in participating in the 2026 Hot Cocoa Crawl. If confirmed, my business agrees to:

Offer only the approved featured item as the qualifying crawl purchase during the selected participation period.

Set our own pricing, manage inventory and notify Visit Elizabeth City of changes or closures.

Provide accurate ingredient and allergen information and prepare participating staff.

Show our QR code only after a qualifying featured-item purchase.

Allow Visit Elizabeth City to use submitted business information, item details and photos for promotion.
