Vendor Signup Form
Please fill out this form if you would like to sign up to be a vendor on Sunday September 27 at the Boba Room Waipahu. Set up is from 9:50-10:50 AM, with breakdown starting around 2:45 PM depending on foot traffic. The actual event duration is from 11 AM to 3 PM. There are 7 slots available. Due to changes in rules from shop management, there will now be a $40 non-refundable vendor fee per slot. All vendors must agree to the terms and conditions in order to participate.
