    Life After The Lights photographs and records portions of its events to capture the experience of our programs and community. By attending this event, you acknowledge that general photographs and video footage may be taken in public event spaces.

    These images or recordings may be used by Life After The Lights for purposes including:

    Website content
    Social media
    Marketing and promotional materials
    Educational materials
    Newsletters
    Annual reports
    Fundraising communications

    Individual Media Release

    Occasionally, Life After The Lights may wish to feature a specific participant in individual photographs, interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, or marketing campaigns.

    Before publishing or distributing any individually focused content featuring your child, Life After The Lights will obtain additional parent or legal guardian permission.

    Please note: Choosing "No" will not prevent your child from appearing incidentally in general event photographs or video captured in public event spaces. However, Life After The Lights will not intentionally feature your child in individual promotional materials without obtaining additional parental consent.

    To create a safe, respectful, and unified environment, all attendees are expected to follow the Life After The Lights dress code.

    Event Check-In
    Upon arrival, all registered student-athletes will be greeted by a volunteer and directed to the designated changing area to change into their complimentary Life After The Lights event T-shirt before participating in activities.

    Appropriate Attire
    Please wear:

    Athletic shorts, joggers, or jeans in good condition
    Tennis shoes or closed-toe athletic shoes
    Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and participation


    Not Permitted
    For the comfort and respect of all attendees, please do not wear:

    Clothing with offensive, profane, violent, drug-related, or alcohol-related graphics or language
    Clothing that is excessively revealing, including exposed undergarments or excessively short or low-cut garments
    Sagging pants that expose underwear
    Clothing promoting gangs, illegal activity, or hate groups
    Slides, slippers, or bare feet during activities (unless otherwise directed)
    Any attire deemed unsafe or disruptive to the event environment

     

    Event staff reserve the right to ask attendees to change or modify attire that does not meet these guidelines before participating in event activities.

    Athlete Expectations
    Respect coaches, volunteers, speakers, and other athletes.
    No bullying, fighting, or disruptive behavior.
    Participate with a positive attitude.
    Wear your LATL event shirt during the program.


    Electronics
    Phones should remain on silent during presentations.
    Please avoid distractions during speaker sessions.


    Safety
    Follow volunteer instructions.
    Stay within designated event areas.
    Report concerns to an LATL staff member immediately.
