• Club Affiliation

    Welcome to the 2026-2027 swim season in Saskatchewan!

    Swim Saskatchewan is a club-based sport organization. All clubs must affiliate annually and register swimmers, coaches and officials as members with Swim Saskatchewan and Swimming Canada.

    Membership with Swim Saskatchewan is required to: 

    • Be eligible for any Swim Saskatchewan services, programs, awards, and funding.
    • Compete in sanctioned meets.
    • Be covered under the Sask Sport and Swim Sask Sport liability and sport accident insurance.
      • Note: Under this policy clubs do not have Directors and Officers Liability coverage; clubs must purchase their own. 

    Affiliation Requirements

    All affiliation requirements must be completed before your club will be given access to REMS.

    1. Have a minimum of 5 swimmers who will register with Swim Sask. Note: Age Group Clubs who also offer Masters programming, must have a minimum of 5 registered Masters swimmers to be eligible for Masters MAP Grant funding.
    2. Club President (or designate) must complete this online Club Affiliation Form. If any information changes during the season/after the form is submitted, please use this form again to provide updates. 
    3. Submit signed REMS access forms for each Club Administrator identified below. The following roles must be assigned: Club Registrar, Treasurer, Club Officials Administrator, and Coach Administrator. Meet Manager/Administrator is required for clubs hosting competitions. 
    4. Pay the annual club affiliation fee(s); an invoice will be issued once this form is received. 
    5. Club President and Head Coach must complete the Facility Declaration Form.
    6.  Maintain “Active” registration with Information Services Corporation (ISC); ISC number is required below. 

    Once all affiliation requirements have been received and approved, your club will be notified by email and REMS access will be granted.

    Form Instructions

    To assist you in completing this online form you will require the following information:

    1. Club email and mailing address.

    2. Names, email addresses, and phone numbers for the various people on your board and of your club:

    • Leadership team (President, board members, owner(s), Athletic Director)
    • Registrar, Treasurer, Meet Manager/Administrator, Club Officials Administrator (COA), and Coach Administrator
    • Head Coach
    • Other Administrators/Staff (if applicable)
    • For Age Group Clubs that also have Masters, the name and contact information for the Masters Contact person. 

    * Important: Email addresses provided in affiliation form must match REMS access forms. Please ensure you have listed the correct email address. 

    * Note: Individual's contact information may be shared with other clubs (ie. contact information for meet managers will be shared with other meet managers to assist with communication).

    3. Additional Club Details: 

    • Corporate Registry Number from Information Services Corporation (ISC)
    • Training Facilities (pool and dryland)
    • Club Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc)

    1. Complete all club affilation requirements;
    2. Register ALL swimmers (including Learn to Swim), ALL coaches, and ALL officials annually;
    3. Pay all fees, dues, levies, assessments and charges in a timely manner;
    4. Adhere to and comply with all Swim Sask and Swimming Canada policies and procedures.
