    Section 2: Application for Exhibit Space

    Submitting this application indicates your willingness to abide by all exhibit terms, conditions, and general regulations. Space is allocated using the Priority Point System; the Chapter will assign the best available space if your preferred choices are taken. 

  • Preferred Booth Locations

    Standard booth fees are $2,000. Premium booth fees are $2,500.

    Premium fees apply to the following booths: 1, 2, 3, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 36, 37, and 38. These prices include badges for three personnel who may also attend educational sessions, beverage breaks, exhibit hall reception, and items previously detailed under the heading entitled, “Exhibit Booth Specifications” in the prospectus. 

  • A minimum payment of 50% is required with this application. Applications received without payment will be processed once payment arrives. Deposits are accepted until February 12, 2027, or until booth assignments are made — whichever comes first. Full payment is due by March 12, 2027. Please select your payment method below, and we will send an invoice.
  • Exhibit Description: Included in the cost of your space is a free write-up (limited to 50 words) of your products, equipment, or services. This information will be included in the Program Book that is distributed to all attendees.

    Section 3: Educational Grants & Event Sponsorships

    By providing an educational grant or event sponsorship, your company can gain added recognition at theSouthwestern Chapter’s 71st Annual Meeting. This portion may be submitted as a notice of intent. An ACCME sponsor agreement form will follow once received. Select the level of support your company would like to provide. If your company is interested in some alternative benefits, please let us know. We will be glad to work with you toward mutual satisfaction of our objectives.

  • Diamond Level Educational Grant

    Minimum $7,500 educational grant

    • One Lunch & Learn or Breakfast & Learn Event
    • Special signage acknowledging grantor's participation
    • Two invitations to the Chapter President's dinner
    • Complimentary full-page, black and white advertisement in the final program book
    • Emphasized company acknowledgment in the final program, including the opportunity to add a short message (with logo) to the final program booklet
    • Recognition on signage in the registration area
    • Hyperlinked corporate logo on presentations page of Chapter website

    Platinum Level Educational Grant

    Minimum $5,000 educational grant

    • Special signage acknowledging grantor's participation
    • Two invitations to the Chapter President's dinner (Friday night)
    • Complimentary full-page, black and white advertisement in the final program book
    • Emphasized company acknowledgment in the final program
    • Recognition on signage in the registration area
    • Hyperlinked corporate logo on presentations page of Chapter website

    Gold Level Educational Grant

    Minimum $3,500 educational grant

    • Two invitations to the Chapter President's dinner (Friday night)
    • Complimentary full-page, black and white advertisement in the final program book
    • Emphasized company acknowledgment in the final program
    • Recognition on signage in the registration area
    • Hyperlinked corporate logo on presentations page of Chapter website

    Silver Level Educational Grant

    Minimum $2,000 educational grant

    • One invitation to the Chapter President's dinner (Friday night)
    • Complimentary half-page, black & white advertisement in the final program book
    • Company acknowledgment in the final program book
    • Recognition on signage in the registration area
    • Hyperlinked corporate logo on presentations page of Chapter website

    Bronze Level Educational Grant

    Minimum $500 educational grant

    • Complimentary 1/4-page, black & white advertisement in the final program book
    • Company acknowledgment in the final program book and on sign in registration area

    Single Coffee Break Sponsorship

    $1,000 for one break

    • Signs near beverage stations
    • Complimentary 1/4-page, black & white advertisement in the final program book
    • Company acknowledgment in the final program and on sign in registration area

    Single Lunch-and-Learn or Breakfast-and-Learn Event

    $3,500 for one event

    • Exclusive right to hold a partner-organized speaking event in the Physician Emphasis room (capacity of approximately 110 people)
    • Two invitations to the Chapter President's dinner (Friday night)
    • Complimentary full-page, black and white advertisement in the final program book
    • Emphasized company acknowledgment in the final program
    • Recognition on signage in the registration area (no drug names will be listed)
