Tabling & Vendor Fair Application *Festival Of Sparks!* Lacey MakerSpace Annual Fundraiser 10/10 from 1pm -7pm
One day vendor event!
This Fall, Lacey MakerSpace is having a large vendor fair with activities, food, music, and crafts for its annual Fundraiser called *Festival of Sparks*. We would love for you to be involved! With space for over 50 vendors, makers are invited to sell their wares, perform their arts, and delight the masses. We expect hundreds of attendees and thousands of regional eyes on the space this year. Will you join our event?
Set up is at noon and break down is at 7pm. Applications close September 30th.
We are asking vendors to provide their own tables and tents

$300 donation - a 10 ft x 10ft vendor area, a social media shoutout, your logo on the event materials and LMS interactive map
$400 donation - a vendor area size of your choice, a social media shoutout, your logo on the event materials, LMS interactive map, and the landing page of website, plus a shout out in our monthly newsletter
$ 500 + - a vendor area size of your choice, a social media shoutout, your logo on event materials, LMS interactive map, and custom fabricated wooden logo on lobby wall, plus a shout out in our monthly newsletter

Once you've submitted, an LMS representative will email you within 10 days to let you know if you've been approved. Payment or donations will then be accepted and arranged. Be sure to check your junk email for a response from ✨info@laceymakerspace.org✨
If you don't hear from us:
Vendors who do not reply within 7 days from being contacted will loose priority. Spaces are limited and not all who apply will be accepted in the first round. Be sure to let us know if your plans change so another vendor can take your place. Sharing your vending space with one extra person is allowed. please be sure to include the name of the extra person when filling out the form, but understand you will be the point of contact. Applications close September 30th.
I understand that I, as a vendor, am responsible for bringing my own table and (optional) tent. I understand set up is at noon and breakdown is at 7pm on October 10th 2026. I know that I will have 7 days to respond to any acceptance email from Lacey MakerSpace or forfeit my place at the event.
