During the show, exhibitors are required to maintain control of their non-venomous animals when they take them out of their enclosures or allow visitors to interact with them. Each exhibitor is accountable for any potential damage to property or injuries caused by handling their live animals at the event. It is essential for exhibitors to prioritize safety and take necessary precautions when displaying their reptiles, in order to guarantee a safe and pleasurable experience for all attendees.

At the show, vendors must ensure they have obtained all necessary licenses and permits to possess and sell animals and products. It is crucial for vendors to thoroughly research and understand these requirements to ensure compliance. The safety of attendees and animals is a top priority, therefore, the display, sale, or presence of venomous animals is strictly prohibited at the show. By adhering to these guidelines, vendors can contribute to a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants and showcase their reptiles responsibly.
