All payment plans must be completed in full by to ensure players maintain a "registered" status with the club.
We will honour the early discount fees for this season on all payment plans provided you have requested the payment plan by the close of the early discount date (12th August), as well as as additional child discounts.
Payment dates for payment plans are:
First - by 12th August 2026 ($30 deposit to qualify for early bird discount)
Final - by 27th September 2026
You can make as many payments as you like during these time frames for example $20.00 per week - whatever works for your families circumstances. A reminder will be sent on each of the above dates. Please note ALL registrations must be paid in full on/by 27th September 2026.
All players must also be registered in Play HQ by 19th August 2026. Registration can be found here: Play HQ Summer 2026/27

If payment plans are not complete, players risk obtaining an "unregistered" status and will be unable to take the court and may not qualify for finals.
