Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 60 or more days before the conference will receive a full refund (less a $25 administrative fee); cancellations received 30–59 days before the conference will receive a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days before the conference, although registrations may be transferred to another person with prior approval from CCW.
