We’re excited to host a day filled with artisans, crafters, local businesses, food and beverage vendors, family activities, and seasonal community fun.

 

🍁 Join us as a vendor at our 2nd Annual Tolland County Harvest Festival!

• 🕒 Date & Time: Saturday, September 19 from 11-4pm (rain date 9/20)
• 🛍️ Shop handmade treasures at our artisan fair featuring amazing local makers and small businesses.
• 🍔 Grab a bite (or three!) from your favorite food trucks.
• 🍺 Sip something seasonal (kid-friendly and adult options available).
• 📍 Location: The large green next to CT Golfland & Coneheads Creamery in Vernon—right off Route 83 with plenty of parking and easy visibility from the highway.

Vendor / Booth Details

10x10 booths (except for food trucks)

No electricity provided

Outdoor Event

Event Date: 9/19/26 (Rain Date 9/20)

Time: 11AM - 4PM

Set up: 9AM - 10:45AM

Breakdown: 4 - 5PM

Tents/Weights Required - event will be held on a grassy field

Tables/Chairs (not provided)

Full day-of details will be provided closer to the event date. 

Please Note: Only legitimate businesses as vendors please. Depending on your vendor type, Sales Tax Permit, Insurance, Temp Food Service License and/or Cottage Food Licenses are required. Community/Business Activity booths do not need any special permits as long as you are not serving food.

Business / Organization / Club Activity Booth - $30.00 (Chamber Members $20) - Activity Booths are a great way to connect with the community and promote your organization, club or business by providing a FREE no cost activity. You will receive a 10x10 space (tent & weights required) for your activity & you may advertise your services, hand out coupons, etc at your booth as well.

Handmade Artisan / Crafter - $55.00 (Chamber Members $40) - Artisans / Crafters must have a CT Tax ID number to participate and are responsible for reporting CT sales tax. Booth spaces are 10x10 (tent & weights required) and we do limit the number of vendors that sell similar products.

Tented Food / Beverage Vendor - $65.00 (Chamber Members $50) - Tented Food / Beverage Vendors (tent / table set up, not a food truck) who will be serving food to customers are welcome to set up a 10x10 tent to showcase & sell their delicious food/drinks. Having a food booth is an awesome way to bring in new customers to your restaurant or food service business and show off your fan favorites. Certificate of insurance and proper temporary food service license from the North Central District Health Department required.

Cottage Food Vendor - $55.00 (Chamber Members $40) - Cottage Food Vendors (pre-packaged) must have a CT Tax ID number to participate and are responsible for reporting CT sales tax. Booth spaces are 10x10 (tent & weights required) and we do limit the number of vendors that sell similar products. If you sell food items, you also must have your CT Cottage Food License.

Kid-Friendly Service Provider - $55.00 (Chamber Members $40) - Kid-Friendly Service Providers must have a CT Tax ID number to participate and are responsible for reporting CT sales tax. Booth spaces are 10x10 (tent & weights required) and we do limit the number of vendors that sell similar products.

Food / Beverage Truck - $115.00 (Chamber Members $100) - Food / beverage truck vendors will be given larger spaces to have adequate space for lines, signage, etc. A limited number of food trucks will be accepted and variety of offerings will be considered. Certificate of insurance and proper temporary food service license from the North Central District Health Department required.
