In consideration for being permitted to attend and/or participate in the on-site auction held at 135 W. Mount Pleasant Ave,Philadelphia, PA 19119 on August 8th and 9th, 2026 (the "Auction"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree as follows:

I understand that attending an on-site auction involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, and injury from moving or handling furniture and other items.

I voluntarily assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property while attending the Auction.I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Easy Transitions 101, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents (the "Auctioneer"), and the property seller and their agents (the "Seller"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property while on the premises during theAuction, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Auctioneer or Seller.
