Registration & Payment Policy
Please carefully review your registration and select any optional add-ons, including electricity, before submitting your application. Please verify that all information is accurate, as changes may not be possible after registration is submitted.
By completing this application you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All vendor registration fees and add-on purchases are final.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, or any other reason unless the event is canceled by Living Legacy Outreach Foundation Inc.
This is a rain or shine event and will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise determined by the event organizer.
Booth assignments are made at the discretion of the event organizer and may be adjusted as needed to ensure the success and safety of the event.
Vendor fees include one (1) 10' x 10' vendor space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed unless otherwise specified.
Electricity is available only to vendors who purchase the electricity add-on and is subject to availability.
Living Legacy Outreach Foundation Inc.
Living Legacy Outreach Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. Event proceeds support our charitable programs and community outreach initiatives.
Vendor registration fees are payments for participation in a fundraising event and are generally not considered tax-deductible charitable contributions, as vendors receive a tangible benefit (vendor space) in exchange for payment. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any business expenses or contributions.
Liability Waiver & Release
By registering for this event, the vendor agrees that Living Legacy Outreach Foundation Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, accident, illness, or other claim arising from participation in this event.
Vendors participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for:
Their merchandise, equipment, cash, and personal belongings.
Any damage caused by themselves, their employees, representatives, or guests.
Maintaining a safe and orderly booth space.
Obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or certifications required by federal, state, or local law.
Living Legacy Outreach Foundation Inc. is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or personal property.
Weather-related conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Power outages, internet, or cellular service interruptions.
Vendor sales, profits, or attendance.
Injuries or accidents occurring within a vendor's booth or resulting from the vendor's products or services.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own general liability and property insurance.
Vendor Attendance Policy
Vendors are expected to remain open and staffed for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown, packing, or departure is not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by the event organizer or an emergency arises.
Vendors who leave before the official event closing time without authorization may:
Be ineligible to participate in future events hosted by Living Legacy Outreach Foundation Inc.
Forfeit any priority or preferred placement for future events.
Receive no refund or credit of vendor fees.
Vendor Check-In & Late Arrival Policy
Vendors are expected to arrive during the designated setup period and be fully set up before the event opens to the public.
Any vendor who anticipates arriving late must notify the event organizer as soon as possible. Booth spaces are not guaranteed for vendors who arrive after the designated setup period without prior notice.
Vendors who have not checked in by the scheduled event start time and have not contacted the event organizer may be considered a no-show. The event organizer reserves the right to reassign or release the vendor's space without refund.
Late-arriving vendors may be required to wait until it is safe to unload and set up, as determined by event staff, to avoid disrupting attendees or other vendors.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued due to late arrival, failure to check in, or failure to set up.
